Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' (NGMS) Microelectronics Center (NGMC) is seeking a Manager Programs 2 to support the Mission Next Division onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD or Linthicum, MD. The individual will be part of a rapidly growing business area focused on groundbreaking technologies and their application to critical customer missions. The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements within cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and future business actions.

What You'll Get to Do :

• Control Account Management.
• Addressing workforce planning needs and be an integral part of identifying program staffing needs.
• Thorough risk & opportunity management to include identification, mitigation and realization.
• Ensuring contract deliverables (CDRLs) are completed.
• Directing the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
• Government Property (GFE, CFE, etc.) tracking and management.
• Development and adherence to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies and tools.
• The preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms / conditions of contract.

Primary Level Salary Range : $149,400.00 - $234,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
