Job descriptionDeliver comprehensive care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures, transplants, and advanced heart failure management Provide pre-operative and immediate post-operative support for open-heart surgeries and heart transplants Manage and monitor invasive lines, medications, hemodynamic parameters, and continuous renal replacement therapies Operate and care for advanced cardiac support devices, including Impella, IABP, ECMO, and ventricular assist devices (temporary and permanent) Perform patient and family education to support understanding and recovery Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Float house-wide as needed when ICU census allows Work 3x12-hour night shifts (7 : 00PM–7 : 30AM), every other weekend, and during holidays as scheduled Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required CVICU, MICU, or SICU experience preferred Active Ohio RN license or compact state equivalent Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred Diploma in Nursing required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 3x12-hour nights (7 : 00PM–7 : 30AM) Schedule : Every other weekend; holiday rotation if applicable Proficiency : Our seasoned team of professionals has years of experience and we are dedicated to provide the highest quality service to our clients and candidates.
