Position Summary :
Our Professional Services team provides engineering and project management support for custom manufactured systems, serving aerospace, defense, and telecommunications customers. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal and external engineering and assembly teams, ensuring the successful management of project schedules and the delivery of complex systems that meet customers' design and quality standards. Your primary responsibility will be to assist external Program Managers (PMs) in performing and monitoring project- related tasks. The projects you'll work on are fast-paced and dynamic. You will be responsible for exercising independent judgment and initiative to understand requirements and provide effective support through research, data collection / tracking, analysis, and general organizational activities.

Job Responsibilities :
- Attend project kick-off meetings with the project team and document important milestones and requirements.
- Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of parts and maintain accurate system-generated reports. Monitor parts for multiple concurrent projects, identifying and reporting any potential risks.
- Support the Safety person and Technical writer by maintaining tracking reports for projects requiring safety testing, conducting regular meetings to ensure progress, and determining safety and technical writing needs in coordination with the PM.
- Provide various forms of internal support, including conducting research for the Signal Networks Division (SND) and Business Development team, generating project reports and updates, analyzing OBD / OTA (Out of Box Defects and On-Time Arrivals), and attending project status meetings to provide updates and track action items.
- Prepare and track the Quality Sign-Off Process (QSO) for projects.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team and PM to address any issues, highlight concerns, and ensure smooth production by coordinating time, resources, and necessary documentation.
- Maintain the project schedule and coordinate shipments while ensuring compliance with business system requirements.
- Coordinate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process with customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong ability to prioritize workload, effectively coordinating and prioritizing various assignments with different deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project, with advanced knowledge of these tools.Excellent problem-solving skills, going beyond average capabilities.Demonstrates resourcefulness and keen attention to detail.Capable of gathering, analyzing, and manipulating data efficiently.Works effectively under pressure, managing frequent interruptions.Skilled at establishing and maintaining positive working relationships across different departments within the organization.Quick learner, capable of adapting to and effectively utilizing new information.Education and Experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in a business-related field.Previous experience with project coordination is a plus.Physical Requirements :
