As a Non-Janitorial Independent Contractor, you will play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction in various non-janitorial maintenance areas.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, landscaping, and minor repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs
- Collaborate with the janitorial team to ensure a seamless delivery of services
- Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs
- Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Requirements
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING :
- Valid Business License
- Worker's Compensation Insurance
- General Liability Insurance
- Federal EIN #
- Other verifiable business
- 18 years of age minimum
- Favorable background investigation results
- You can not be a sole proprietor
