You'll coordinate program enrollment, allocate teaching resources, and support our social media marketing outreach. Role & Responsibilities :

As an Instructor, you will :

• Lead groups of up to 24 students through our curriculum-guided activities, promoting creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Inspire and educate students on STEM concepts while creating a positive and engaging learning environment
• Encourage and monitor individual student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet their needs
• Adequately prepare for each program through training and curriculum review, ensuring the highest quality instruction
• Handle inquiries from parents and promote enrollment in future Snapology programs, building strong relationships with families
• Participate in periodic training and staff meetings, enhancing your skills and knowledge

This position is part-time. Depending on candidate availability and the time of year, Summer STEAM CAMP Program Coordinator and Lead Instructor typically work between 10-20 hours per week.
