Job Description

What you get to do :

• Conduct daily audits in the park including register audits, wardrobe audits, safety audits, paperwork audits, standard operating procedure audits, etc.
• Monitor minor time clock punches ensuring all minor labor laws are being followed
• Maintain ambassador files
• Manage office machinery i.e. copier, printers
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Input large amounts of data
• Maintain process and control confidential files and records
• Assist with guest correspondence
• Order various office supplies for the department
• Coordinate interdepartmental transfers
• Process work orders for Culinary Facilities
• Take weekly meeting notes
• Communicate with various departments daily
• Perform other duties as assigned
