A company is looking for an Organ Placement Specialist CNAT- Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Screen organ offers against transplant center specific criteria and respond to incoming organ offers
Conduct medical interviews with wait-listed transplant patients and triage patient calls to appropriate parties
Facilitate communication among OPOs, transplant coordinators, and surgical teams regarding organ placement and status
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D
3 years of medical background or training (e.g., EMT, Paramedics, LPN, RN)
2+ years in the field of organ donation preferred
CTP, CCTC and / or CPTC certifications preferred
Completion of coursework related to Human Anatomy and Physiology preferred
