Job Summary As an integral contact person for student communications, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth interactions between students, staff, and administration.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks including handling admissions, supporting administrative staff and teachers, ensuring compliance, and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support with all student communications, inquiries, and concerns via phone, email, and in person.
- Follow up on potential student leads and inquires and provide information on the programs and offerings.
- Assist with the admissions process, including application processing, interview scheduling and coordination of enrollment.
- Assist teaching staff with preparation of class materials, organization of training equipment and ensure that all classrooms are properly equipped.
- Assist with the preparation and printing of certificates for graduation ceremonies and maintain all student records.
- Follow protocols to maintain compliance with state relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist with general office operations such as organizing supplies, team projects, and school events.
