JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team! As an HHA, you'll provide exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercise
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
