Job description

A company is looking for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support leadership and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and travel coordination

Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain office supplies inventory

Supervise and support other administrative staff while ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive support or office management role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

Proven ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
