Overview

We’re seeking a CAD Designer to support civil / site development projects across commercial, residential, municipal, and infrastructure sectors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed design work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants long-term growth within a stable, well-supported technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings including site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, drainage, and roadway design
• Produce high-quality CAD files and construction documents in alignment with company and client drafting standards
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and meet project requirements
• Set up sheets, templates, and drawing packages for efficient workflows
• Perform redlines, revisions, and updates throughout the design lifecycle
• Assist with permitting submittals and documentation as needed
• Support multidisciplinary teams by sharing information, design updates, and technical changes across disciplines
