Key Responsibilities (HR Manager) : (HR Manager) :
Lead full-cycle recruiting and hiring for a variety of roles across the organization.Manage new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive first impression.Oversee time and attendance tracking through Paycom, maintaining accuracy and compliance.Partner closely with the HR Generalist (benefits) and Accounting (payroll) teams to ensure efficient communication and process alignment.Continuously review and enhance HR processes to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.Qualifications (HR Manager) : (HR Manager) :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with HRIS systems; Paycom experience preferred.
