at developing new contacts and relationships, for a recruitment and retention position.
Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Extensive knowledge of online recruitment sites, reach out to candidates and follow-up in a timely manner
- Use social networking sites to identify candidates
- Attend in-person community events and networking to recruit candidates
- Track interviews and status of potential candidates
- Assist with orientation and on-boarding of new hires
- Assist with HR related issues and needs as required
- Work with Owner on recruiting strategy and planning
- Coordinate with Intake Coordinator Supervisor to identify current and future hiring needs
- Research new and intuitive ways of using the internet for recruitment purposes as well as in-person events, or creative recruitment ideas to think outside the box
- Run all necessary and relative reports needed for management
- Work interdependently with all other departments in the office
- Results driven, sense of urgency and high standard of professionalism
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Active listening and excellent communication skills
