Job Description :
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety
Qualifications :
- Valid California RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
