Responsibilities
- Program various types of PLC's Support Safety, Quality, HPS and Cost goals and metrics
- Troubleshoot automated systems issues associated with PLC's, A / C and DC drives
- Identify root cause of upsets, suggested course of action and manage corrective action measures / solution implementation
- Perform preventive, predictive maintenance as required
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance to encourage two-way communication across the organization
- Foster collaborative and supportive team environment through engagement efforts and leading by example
- Support Safety, Quality, HPS and Cost goals and metrics
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associates degree in Controls or industrial maintenance preferredMinimum of 5-10 years of direct experience in manufacturing environment conducting support and installationCompletion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of work experience and technical training required.SCADA, Rockwell RS Logix, AMSCAllen Bradley, Siemens, and Other Legacy PLCsServo Drives and MotorsSQL DatabasesEthernet and Fiber Optic Communication SystemsSolenoid and Pneumatic ControlsInstrumentation and Process Monitoring : Mass Flow Meters, RTD / Thermocouples, Pressure Sensors, Load CellsPlant Power Distribution including NFPA 70E requirements, AutoCADBenefits

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
