Registered Nurse (IRU + Geriatric Psych) *Sign-on!*
Full Time Registered Nurse (IRU or Geriatric Psych) - Night Shift
Job Description :
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) or Geriatric Psychiatry unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
