Transaction Coordinator
As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will support the real estate transaction management team and be responsible for client listings and voucher processing for global real estate transactions performed on behalf of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the Church). This job is part of the Brokerage job function. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of properties on behalf of occupier clients.
Assist the global transaction team in providing best in class service to the Church.
Fulfill data entry requirements to maintain transaction management databases and other client reports.
Create training materials and schedules to educate team members on processes and real estate topics to increase the team's knowledge and effectiveness of transacting real estate.
Prepare vouchers to collect commissions due. Manage all deal files in compliance with real estate regulations.
Monitor the completeness of information in the company's TransAct software (built on Salesforce) and assist internal and Church team members with questions related to use of the software.
Compile and document detailed notes from meetings to create action items.
Manage, organize, and actively inform the team of tasks and follow up items related to the global real estate transaction work.
Create files for all executed listing and commission agreements and complete checklists. Distribute listing renewal information to sales professionals.
Obtain necessary verifications of contingencies to adhere to company revenue recognition policies.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Create a positive and valuable impact by consistently completing all assigned duties, methods, and tasks at a high level.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
