Position Overview :

Under the guidance of the General Manager the Office Manager plays a pivotal role inindependently managing the office team overseeing start andsettlement schedules leading preconstruction processes andproviding toptier administrative support throughout thedepartment.

EssentialFunctions :

Team Leadership : Lead andmanage the office team including regional administrative supportstaff.

Schedule Management : Maintainslot start and settlements schedules to ensure evenflow productionaligned with the General Manager’s budget plan.

OperationalCoordination : Coordinate lot takedown compliance lotpurchase and settlement procedures and adhere to the New Communitystartup process.

CrossDepartmental Support : Provide administrative support to the sales production land andpurchasing teams.

Preconstruction Oversight : Manage preconstruction processes including drafting permitting PAOne Call and all related tasks and homebuyerinteractions.

HR Liaison : Act as theregional HR liaison assisting with new hire onboarding and otherHRrelated tasks as needed.

Logistics Management : Overseeoffice logistics including equipment supplies décor andapparel as well as model home logistics.

SpecialAssignments : Execute additional duties and specialassignments as directed by the General Manager.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma / GED required;bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimumof five years of office experience in a professional setting; atleast three years of management experience preferred.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense ofresponsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skillswith a customerservice mindset.
  • Impeccablecommunication skills (written and verbal) and professional phoneetiquette.
  • Demonstrated organizational prowessand ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint OneNote) and highly PC proficient.
