A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient and compliant staffing process

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, managers, and interview teams

Initiate and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related area preferred

Six years of experience in talent acquisition or related fields

Knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures

Strong customer service orientation

Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
