Talent Acquisition Specialist

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Head of Talent and portfolio company CEOs by sourcing and screening candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct industry research to map markets and generate candidate profiles

Perform video and phone screens to prepare candidates for further conversations

Build talent networks and support portfolio companies in sourcing and screening candidates

Required Qualifications

Prior experience at an executive search firm or startup conducting full-cycle recruiting

Basic understanding of tech companies and their organizational structures

Strong command of English, both written and verbal

Inquisitive nature with a desire to learn and grow

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity
