Position :   Ford Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location :  Basil Ford Niagara Falls- 6980 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 OR Basil Ford Walden- 1540 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, NY 14225

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Compensation :  Between $80,000 and $160,000 Annually plus up to a $10,000 sign on bonus.

Schedule :   Full Time

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Job Duties :

• Perform in depth diagnostics using Ford factory tools
• Diagnose and repair issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, electrical, and advanced driver-assistance systems
• Work on Ford commercial vehicles like Transit, Super Duty, E-Series, F-Series
• Service high-mileage heavy duty vehicles used in fleet operations
• Handle upfitted vehicles with special equipment
• Maintain uptime and quick turnaround for customers
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections, fluid changes, tire rotations, brake checks
• Ensure vehicles meet DOT requirement
• Utilize factory tools and service information resources
• Perform software updates and calibrations

Qualifications :

Must have basic tools

Must have valid NYS Inspectors License

Valid Driver’s License required ​ for all positions
