We are actively seeking a vigilant Asset Protection Associate to safeguard our company's assets. The ideal candidates will be responsible for implementing security measures, preventing theft, and ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers.

Position Summary :

The Asset Protection Specialist at La Quesera Mexicana (LQM ) in Greeneville, TN plays a vital role in protecting people, property, and operations at a key food manufacturing facility. The Specialist ensures a safe and secure environment through visible patrols, access control, incident response, and detailed documentation. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to site-specific security protocols and standards.

Schedule Overview :

Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts) :

• Shift 1 : 05 : 45 – 14 : 15 ? Officer A
• Shift 2 : 13 : 45 – 22 : 15 ? Officer B
• Shift 3 : 21 : 45 – 06 : 15 ? Officer C

Each officer works one shift per weekday, totaling 40 hours / week .

Saturday and Sunday (12-hour shifts) :

Each weekend officer works 24 hours / week .
