COMPANY INFORMATION :

A well-established, stable Chattanooga-based manufacturing company is in search of a qualified candidate to be an Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Complete business to business collection telephone calls daily for all past due commercial accounts. Maintain notes in the system of all communications. Follow up with customers to ensure payments are made. Keep customer database information current. Process customer payments and cash applications daily. Complete ancillary reports on a timely basis. Complete end-of-month duties on a timely basis. Coordinate and assist with company events. Provide general administrative duties as needed. Must be at least intermediate level on Excel. Professional communication skills are a MUST.

SCHEDULE AND PAY :

Monday-Friday 8 : 00-5 : 00 with occasional overtime. $18 / hour
