The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive, AI- driven solutions tailored to clients in various industries, including industrials, life sciences, healthcare, banking, financial services, and insurance. Your expertise will be pivotal in integrating AI into both legacy and new systems, with a strong emphasis on optimizing business outcomes such as increasing revenue, reducing costs, and enhancing user experiences. As a senior leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, cloud-native solutions that harness the power of AI technologies.
You must be willing to travel up to 35% to meet with clients on site in the US.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in pre-sales activities and initial kickoffs for projects that are implemented AI based solutions.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions that incorporate AI into legacy systems and greenfield projects, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, and improved user satisfaction.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI technologies, including machine learning for predictive analytics, Generative AI for content creation, and Agentic AI for dynamic automation.
- Develop cloud-native architectures using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, emphasizing scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, and pilots to validate solution feasibility and alignment with client goals.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in AI and cloud engineering.
- Ensure solutions comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare, GDPR for data privacy) and incorporate robust security measures.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies and incorporating them into solution designs.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and roadmaps to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
What You Bring (Required)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex systems.Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, including microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Generative AI models (e.g., GPT variants), and Agentic AI for autonomous workflows.Experience working across multiple industries, such as industrials, life sciences, healthcare, banking, financial services, and insurance, with a focus on AI integration for business optimization.Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset for aligning technology with business objectives.Preferred Skills and Additional Qualifications
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or equivalent.Hands-on experience with data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka) and big data platforms for AI-driven insights.Knowledge of MLOps practices for managing AI model lifecycles, including deployment, monitoring, and retraining.Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and strategies for migrating legacy systems to the cloud.Experience in agile and Scrum methodologies, with a history of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced projects.Understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, with a focus on AI and cloud development.Track record of successful client engagements, including case studies or references demonstrating measurable business impacts (e.g., 20% cost reduction or 15% revenue uplift).Leadership experience, including team mentoring and contributing to architectural governance frameworks.Benefits
