Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and manage original logos, branded materials and digital and printed internal communications.
• Conceptualize and manage design of original logos, brand identity materials and branded packaging for all Lennar company entities.
• Lead the development and design of operational guides and playbooks for corporate and business divisions.
• Conceptualize and manage design of internal company culture and education materials.
• Conceptualize and manage design of content for external and internal special events.
• Conceptualize and manage the design of storyboards for external marketing videos and internal communication videos.
• Foster strong cross‑functional relationships across Lennar teams and business units.
• Provide high quality creative solutions and consultation for Associates throughout the company.
• Lead the collaboration with others on Creative and Corporate Learning & Communications teams.
• Manage and ensure that the Lennar Brand and Lennar Culture elements are always presented according to established brand guidelines.
• Oversee and drive initiatives to successful completion, ensuring they meet timelines, stay within budget, and support strategic business goals.
