Position Summary : The Franchise Business Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our franchisees by providing them with ongoing support, guidance, and best practices. This role involves working closely with franchise owners to help them implement the company's proven business model, optimize their operations, and achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business coaching and franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Franchise Partner Support :

• Serve as the trusted advisor to franchise owners, providing operational, financial, and strategic guidance.
• Build strong relationships with franchisees to foster collaboration and long-term success.
• Act as a liaison between the franchisees and the corporate team, addressing any concerns or challenges that arise and providing timely resolutions.

Benefits

Salary range is $70,000-90,000 and depends on qualifications, education, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
