A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist with customer service and support inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to member concerns and technical needs via multichannel communication, adhering to regulatory policies
Inform members about products and services, and upsell when appropriate
Maintain customer records in compliance with regulatory policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Native English speaker; bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus
Prior customer service / support experience
Proficient with technology, web-based applications, and mobile applications
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
