CM3 is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Sales Executive for our Fire & Security division to focus on new opportunities and expanding services to existing customers while managing and growing the Security and Fire customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new Fire sales leads.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Establish contact with prospects and potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, making sales presentations and following up on leads.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Define customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company Fire & Security offerings
  • Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
  • Education / Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
  • at least five years of related experience required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must be able to travel within our tri-state territory (PA, NJ & DE)
