Accounts Receivable Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Associate to process enterprise transactions efficiently and accurately. The role requires basic problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies, missing information, and unapproved policies. Collaboration with finance management and cross-functional analysts is essential to address unprocessed or unique transactions.

Responsibilities :

• Process enterprise transactions in a timely and quality manner.
• Resolve discrepancies and missing information through basic problem solving.
• Collaborate with finance management and cross-functional analysts.
• Perform cash postings using a 10-key system.
• Execute payment maintenance and cash application tasks.
• Handle invoicing tasks efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.50 / hr.
