We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing billing, cash activities, and receivable functions to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This is a long-term contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities :
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Generate and distribute invoices promptly, addressing any discrepancies or issues with billing.
- Monitor and reconcile cash activity, maintaining precise records and resolving variances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient financial operations.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments, maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting software systems.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Maintain organized documentation for all transactions and communications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
