We are seeking a hands-on HR professional to support our team with benefits administration, temporary staffing, and general HR functions. This role is ideal for someone with a positive, adaptable attitude who is willing to step in and assist wherever needed.

- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication.
- Manage temporary staff and assist with onboarding, scheduling, and offboarding.
- Support general HR functions such as recordkeeping, HRIS updates, and reporting.
- Assist with recruitment, job postings, and interview scheduling as needed.
- Serve as a team player, ready to help with day-to-day HR tasks as they arise.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably including benefits administration and temporary staffing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
