A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist II to support various HR functions remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with employees and management, providing counsel on various HR matters
Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and employee communications
Manage employee relations issues and oversee the job bid / transfer / promotion process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
3 to 5+ years of experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations
Strong experience with compliance or audit processes
Proficient in HRIS and related HR technologies for data entry and reporting
Knowledge of employment law and regulations
