Revenue Cycle Specialist Compensation

The pay for this position is $29.28 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment (medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability)

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Revenue Cycle Specialist Highlights

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm

Location : Phoenix, AZ or Nashville, TN (Hybrid after 1–2 weeks of on-site training)

This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity based on attendance, performance, and business needs

Revenue Cycle Specialist Responsibilities

Process customer invoicing and other administrative accounting duties

Accurately record and reconcile customer payments and checks

Communicate with customers to collect on overdue invoices in a professional manner

Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies using accounting software

Provide excellent phone and email support to clients and internal teams

Assist with project-based assignments and support accounting team initiatives

Revenue Cycle Specialist Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience strongly preferred

Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software

Self-starter, motivated, and team-oriented with a strong attention to detail
