Twin City Staffing is seeking a reliable steel warehouse worker to join a family-owned steel and aluminum supply warehouse. This is a hands-on role involving working with materials and equipment, helping customers, filling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and cutting steel and aluminum products to size. This steel warehouse worker position requires attention to detail, comfort with machinery, and strong customer service skills. Location : Forest Lake, MN Wage : $21.00 per hour Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm, Saturday, 8 : 00 am 3 : 00 pm (Every Saturday required, with one weekday off) Benefits of the steel warehouse worker : Competitive pay with room for growth 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee-only coverage effective upon hire Vision, dental, PTO, Simple IRA with 3% match Supportive, long-tenured team environment Duties of the steel warehouse worker : Provide customer service in person and over the phone Assist with orders and product inquiries Pull, measure, and cut steel and aluminum materials (bar, tube, sheet) to size Operate chop saw, band saw, ironworker, forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes (training provided) Load and unload delivery trucks Able to use a tape measure accurately (a test will be given) Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying Follow all safety procedures and participate in weekly safety meetings Qualifications of the steel warehouse worker : Proficient in reading a tape measure accurately Ability to lift up to 70 lbs on a regular basis Capable of standing and moving throughout the entire shift Availability to work every Saturday is required Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, but not required Experience operating forklifts or other equipment is a plus (training available) Additional Information : Apply today!
