IT Manager
Objective :
The IT Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to oversee all IT systems and respond to all employee IT issues. This includes managing the ERP rollout as the primary contact with the third party as well as hardware and software support and maintenance as needed.
The Manager will oversee all systems / network and desktop support efforts, all software applications and manage 3rd party providers to ensure productive solutions for everything digital / IT.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the ERP implementation, rollout, and training liaising with the 3rd party integrator and the business to configure to best practice standards.
- Lead all third-party software and internal software applications from searches to ongoing contracts.
- Manage external MSP and provide support for systems and computer troubleshooting of all hardware / software, personal computer, printer, phone, and network issues for all locations.
- Lead a combination of MSP 3rd party labor and an internal regionally located IT support team.
- Manage the communication process and delivery for outage / emergency activity to the organization.
- Manage the procurement of all IT / Telecom computer, network equipment and mobile devices.
- Manage all IT asset inventory with lifecycles and refresh cycles.
- Provide user setup and access / removal to various systems as defined.
- Define standard operating procedures for the setup of users in various systems.
- Act as a liaison with on-site associates, management, and vendors for site moves and changes.
- Travel occasionally to field sites regionally for required hardware setup maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Experience
- 7+ years of technical experience in software, desktop, telecom, systems / network infrastructure and technical support environment in a small shop
- Experience with network and systems administration and configuration
- Experience managing / liaising with 3rd party vendors for ERP implementations / configurations - Epicor experience highly desired
- Experience with software administration
- Experience hardware procurement and asset management
- Experience with software licensing and subscription management
- Supervision within or over an IT organization
- Degree or certification not required but considered a plus

- Ability to liaise with 3rd party providers and internal departments to elicit system requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
