We're looking for a talented product manager who wants to dive in early, contribute to strategy and drive the product development lifecycle from discovery, validation, to delivery.

About the RoleAs a Product Manager at Aumni, you will be working closely with a cross functional team of designers, engineers, customer success managers, sales, and marketing leads to deliver customer-centric product experiences.

You will own the development of customer facing products as well as internal systems to support our operations. You will also play a pivotal role in product strategy and roadmapping alongside the rest of our team.

How You'll Help Us Win : Be a data-driven strategic leader across the organization Understand and prioritize customer needs, develop and test new ideas, and turn them into effective solutions with strong product sense and attention to detail Use data to drive identification and prioritization of product initiatives Collaborate with key business stakeholders to determine priority for backend engineering teams Become an expert in understanding Aumni's data models Work closely with the backend engineering team in an agile environment to deliver products to market Utilize data and metrics to measure success, make recommendations, and drive actions Collaborate and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences Partner with stakeholders to determine technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues Guide the team through the entire product development lifecycle from discovery, prioritization, scoping, concept design, experimentation, and delivery Gain a deep understanding of Venture Capital and Private Markets to advise on roadmap strategy, prioritization, and overall company direction, leveraging customer insight and domain expertise as guiding factors Organize and conduct user research Evolve understanding of Aumni's user personas Help maintain our product development processes and champion new efficiencies as an advocate for scalability of the teamWhat You'll Need : 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or a similar technical role Proven experience in product management of multiple initiatives with competing priorities and influencing multiple diverse stakeholders Experience with backend services, APIs, and micro-service architecture Strong communication skills and experience communicating with technical and nontechnical senior stakeholders across multiple business units.

Ability to make independent decisions and handle complex product prioritization tradeoffs Experience in and an understanding of agile development methodologies Demonstrated strong data-driven approach.

Ability to pull data preferred and clearly define data requirements A customer-centric mindset Solid understanding of how APIs work and the software engineer and data engineer user personas Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations Understanding of common design tools like Figma and Zeplin, and the ability to communicate low fidelity ideas using them (check out our stack) Experience running product experimentsBonus Points Understanding the venture capital or financial industry and its ecosystem Experience with experimentation frameworks BS / MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
