Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate technology contracts, focusing on SaaS agreements and identifying critical components.
• Negotiate terms in Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Confidentiality Agreements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and align legal terms with risk tolerance.
