About the Role :

As a Behavior Technician, you will :

Work directly with individuals with special needs to implement behavioral and educational programs.

Collaborate with school professionals, therapists, and other behavioral specialists.

Support clients in developing essential life and social skills.

Track progress and assist in adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

High School diploma or equivalent (required)

At least 2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

Current CPR certification (if applicable)

TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
