JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists guests with carrying luggage and other items to room Parking and retrieving guest vehicles Operating hotel shuttle; conducting guest drop-offs and pick-ups Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives *Must have current valid driver's license prior to applyingEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service supervisory role Minimum of High School education Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug ScreeningKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to multi-task Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests Knowledge of cleanliness standards*
