Join us as a Head North America Procurement. Your main responsibilities :

• Advocate for region in alignment with global category managers, focus on continuous development and identify potential opportunities.
• Ensure respective region is aligned with procurement strategy and category strategies in terms of consistency with the overall corporate strategy.
• Consolidate and review the spend for respective region.
• Collect local specifications and requirements for subcategory development throughout the region.
• Support implementation of the procurement strategy under the consideration of region specifics.
• Provide functional guidance to regional procurement team.
• Review and evaluate sourcing needs across respective categories.
• Collaborate with the global category manager and support the supplier selection and manage contracts and negotiations for the region.
• Assess and monitor the defined budget with head of global procurement.
• Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements within region to existing processes, organization and governance.
• Conduct regular cross-region alignment meetings (e.g., hot topics, escalations, ...)
