What you’ll be doing Lead digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution
Review and approve design projects created by designers, providing constructive feedback aligned with brand guidelines
Design promotional assets, including banners, emails, and landing pages
Apply user experience best practices and industry standards to advise stakeholders and build optimal experiences within existing toolsets
Translate research and analytics into design solutions that meet business goals and KPIs
Develop documentation and reusable design templates
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to push creative boundaries
Present work in internal / client meetings with a clear rationale and adaptability to feedback
Who we’re looking for 3–5 years of creative leadership experience
Experience in eCommerce and B2B marketing
Proficiency in visual design fundamentals and attention to detail
Solid understanding of UX, Design Thinking, and Human-Centered Design
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront, and Figma
