About the Company

Our client is a growing retail organization headquartered in Inglewood, known for its dynamic team culture and commitment to operational excellence. They're looking for a Staff Accountant to join their accounting department and support daily financial operations as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and customer billing
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with cash management reporting
• Help maintain inventory accounting records and investigate discrepancies
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications

$75,000 - $85,000 a year
