Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by sourcing and closing deals to exceed quarterly quotas
Own the sales cycle, including prospecting, demoing, crafting proposals, negotiating, and closing
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across multiple industries and showcase the company's ROI
Required Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets
Strong business acumen and ability to craft compelling business cases across diverse industries
Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with resilience and grit
Experience in HR Tech, ATS / CRM, or recruiting technology is a plus
Prior experience at a fast-growing ATS / CRM startup is advantageous
