Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, keeping them updated on project status.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
