Accounting Senior Position Available – Tax

Brooklyn-based CPA office is looking for an experienced full-time senior accountant.

Requirements Include :

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3-5 years tax experience with closings and tax returns (1065s, 1041s, 1120S, and 1040s)
• Ideally has knowledge of tax accounting for manufacturing and real estate industries
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Word and Excel spreadsheets
• Able to stay up to date with ever-changing Federal and State tax regulations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Experience in trust, estate, and intergenerational planning a plus
• Experience with Lacerte tax software a plus
