About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is a pivotal role supporting the brand’s continued growth and helping to build a more sophisticated, scalable financial foundation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented yet agile, equally comfortable in the weeds of reconciliations as they are thinking strategically about process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Maintain oversight of accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and cost accounting functions
• Partner cross-functionally with production, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure accurate financial tracking across departments
• Support annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve accounting processes and controls
