Job descriptionPerform structural analysis and design of building systems in compliance with applicable codes, standards and regulations. Prepare, examine, and stamp engineering plans, specifications and calculations. Conduct site inspections and interacting with contractors and staff. Coordinate project assignments and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders. Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Structural Engineering in the state of California required, SE license preferred 10+ years' of relevant experience ideally with a focus in the oil and gas industry Prior experience in the oil and gas industry highly desired Ability to produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphics with SAP, Bluebeam, CAD or Revit Excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work on several projects concurrently
Overview
The Structural Engineer will ensure accurate, complete, and timely communication of information to and from clients and staff. Will be required to perform structural design and analysis for a wide range of building projects. Tasked with ensuring the preparation of accurate and complete work products.
