We’re expanding our team and searching for a motivated, action-oriented Outside Project Manager to lead roofing projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• 🚧 Start Strong : Arrive early to set up projects and ensure crews, tools, and materials are ready for the day.
• 👷 Lead on Site : Stay on-site throughout the project, answering homeowner questions, easing concerns, and keeping crews on track.
• 🏆 Quality Control Champion : Make sure every step of the project meets our high standards —because cutting corners is never an option.
• 🧹 Safe & Organized : Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite by managing debris, equipment, and logistics.
• 📸 Document Success : Capture progress photos from the ground and roof to tell the story of each project.
• 🛠️ Problem-Solver : Handle quick material pickups when suppliers fall short, keeping the project moving.
• 🎯 Finish Strong : Assist with final touches and walkthroughs to deliver a project that homeowners are proud of.
