Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they align with client specifications. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all project sites. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts and reports. Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
