A company is looking for a Business Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational execution and cross-functional alignment to achieve growth and efficiency goals
Monitor performance and implement solutions using data analysis to enhance marketplace operations
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing operations team to foster a culture of accountability and innovation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in high-performance cultures, including tech, operations, or consulting
3+ years of team leadership experience with direct interaction with executive stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or automotive industries preferred
